feeling sick/dizzy when or after eating

Recently I have been feeling ill when I eat dinner. Usually I will be ok at first then after a few mouthfuls feel sick and a bit dizzy. My stomach also makes kind of gurgling noises. Does anyone know what this might be? Could it be stress/anxiety related?
