Hi everyone!
Come across what seems to be a very helpful aid of a website while I was googling IBS & stress etc...so decided to join!
My name is Linzi and over the past 2-3 months have not felt spectacular :-( the docs have said I have IBS which is a pain in itself, and I am a worry freak on top of that!
Hopefully u good people on here will be able to help me!
