Choking on Saliva and tight throat

When I swallow it feels like its going down the wrong way and I choke, then after this my throat constricts and I feel like I'm struggling to breathe.

Its happening when I'm swallowing normally and not when I have actually swallowed down the wrong hole.

I have the same thing..its really odd and makes me terribly anxious for hours afterwards :(
