Hi guys

Just checking that after a sickness bug it is normal to have trapped wind? Think i have pulled some muscles too. Am i normal?

Hi Nikki,

No idea about trapped wind, but I wouldn't be surprised. As for muscles being pulled, I can relate to that one!
