Hi everyone im Luke and im 19 years old. I've only recently began suffering from panic attacks about a month ago. I didn't even think twice about panic attacks beforehand - i just thought it was a ' slight effect' that lasted briefly. How wrong I was, i've been frightened, alone, ill and didnt know what to do or where too turn. I've been seeking answers and reassurance online and came across this website and it seems like a great place, friendly environment and somewhere where people know what your going through and offer advice and support. Now that i have suffered them I have seen everything in a new light. I'm looking to strive to make myself a better person, treat people how i would want to be treated and so on and so forth. I shall be on here regularly now looking for advice, and if possible giving my own too all :) essay over hehe x
