Hello All,
I'm Mark or Linesman as my profiles goes.
i've been a member for ages, althought not active for a long while. Currently i'm having a really rough spell, i've recently broken up with an ex, am under a lot of pressure at work and trying to juggle my 8 year daughter from a previous relationship.
Its all got on top of me recently and i'm finding life hard work, and can;t see much light at the end of the tunnel..
i've suffered with OCD/GAD since i was in my ealry teens, i'm 33 now and have had bouts of depressive moods associated with flare up or fairly traumatic events..
i need a bit of support at the moment to get through this as the moment. i'm hoping over time things will improve :-)
