Hello, I'm new!. Came across the website and found it quite a relief. Still understanding it all and trying to come to terms with it. Suffer from anxiety and panic attacks. Really finding it quite difficult to not return to A&E!!

Hi there, many thanks for responding. Sorry my connection went down. I have suffered with depression first then seemed to get passed that. Then I think the anxiety started, was always on edge. Then the panics. I am not sure how to get through this so after seeing the website thought it would be a good way to go. Quite a bit of info and everyone seems to be so helpful.
