I'm new :)

Hello! I am new here and so glad I found this place. I was diagnosed recently with GAD and also Health Anxiety. It's nice to have somewhere to go where people won't blow you off.....that means alot. I'm on some medication and hoping the Anxiety begins to get better. I am a wife and mother and my family means the world to me.

i joined this site in oct last year and it has helped me through some rough patches... i am sure you will get loads of help and good advice off the members. i am a mum too.
