....is the question i ask myself in the hight of anxiety , and the reason i can't get over my symptoms .

i've tried saying to myself 'it is just anxiety'

but what if it's not , what happens if it's real ? and there is something seriously wrong with me :weep:

All you can do is weigh up the risks, minimise it where you can and tell yourself you are doing everything you can.

Yes it could be you but it's better to live every day and do as much as you can than wait for what might or could happen.

I know I can't talk as I have the same thoughts as you but I am trying. Every day I try and think about how long did I manage today without panicking? How many times did I reason or talk myself out of a panic attack? Make a diary and write it down then see how you are progressing. It won't be a smooth part but you can get a handle on it x
