Does anyone know if there are support groups for panic in Dublin? I can't seem to find anything.

Hi Ciara, I am in Galway so I dont know of any groups in Dublin but I looked it up and if you ring the No Panic Ireland helpline, 01-2721897 you might get more info. I think it was set up by a former sufferer, there was a program on about her a few months back.

Heya Ciara,
I'm in Dublin, I think there is a support group run by no panic, I'm not sure. If you ring the support line they'll tell you or check out the website
