I've suffered with anxiety since i was 10years old, i'm 34 now. I wish i'd of gone on a site like this sooner. I realise i'm not as strange as i thought!

hi hon...

i joined this site about three / four months ago and it has helped me through some tough times... if i feel anxious sometimes i look up my symptoms on here and it re assures me that it is just anxiety and it will pass..

i hope you feeling ok and welcome to nmp...
