Hello my name is Derek. Ironically I ended up finding this site because I was searching google for different symptoms of how I was feeling and I ended up here.

I have had aniexty, and panic attacks for about only 4 years now and only more recently has it gotten worse.

Anyway I'm glad I found this website and I will definitely start looking around here more.
