Emetophobic & about to go back to work!

hey just a quick update! Since i lost my job in october im now about to start working again but am scared incase my anxiety comes back. Ive been pretty much agorophobic since october and only feel safe in my clean germ free home!! Im only working part time but am worried i will feel sick or someone might be sick and il panic! :weep: Im really hoping for a fresh start in a new job but Emetophobia is such a huge part of me it takes over. Anyway just wanted to share my worries!! :shrug:

hi i have emetophobia too, except i have to go to school. I think that what you should think about is that you can leave work at anytime. your not trapped in the office, or wherever. Just know that you won't get sick, and can't. Emetophobics absolutely hate puking so they puke way less often than other people. I find that as a plus!
Just look at the good things: your starting over! make it a good one!!! :hugs:

i no exactly where ur coming frm!! i have been fine at work, started panicing and walked out of soooo many jobs becos of this dam phobia!
