my leg keeps going cold

:( another worry for me. Yesterday & weirdly at the same time today when im lying down on the sofa my left leg feels very weird and then i get a feeling from the top of my leg down to my knee which is ice cold. It goes in about 5 mins. Anyone know what it could be? x
