hi i m new to this site ad a panic disorder sfferer plz help me i had first panic attack in feburary last year after having lot of stress of exams for one weak and still i have series of panic attacks i m using citalopram and bromazipam i have lot of fear of death and i have lot of difficulties bafore sleeping like tremor jerking and difficulty in breathing
