for no reason at all, my legs sometime jerk, my hands sometimes do it too, and it feels the same in my head. Im now thinking about brain tumours?? I also get a weird pressuery feeling in my head when I bend over and my eyes quite often ache (if it's sinusitis, then that's amazing that I've had that for well over a year with not really any let-up!!)
