Hi there, I don't usually go on Forums but I have no where else to turn! I know on here I will come across others who are as desperate as me and hopefully they will be able to help. I have suffered for about six years, seen lots of Doctors, Psychiatrists, Psychologists, emminent Neurologists plus numerous horrible tests and the normal blood tests and MRI scans. Always the tests are negative which I know is good but that means I am no nearer to getting help. I think I have tried everything I could but really I only just cope with this problem. I don't want to go back to my Doctor because she just looks sadly at me and says "Tell me what I can Do" It's very hard to explain how I feel, some days I am stronger than others. So here's hoping someone out there has some suggestions!

Could you explain a bit more about what the problem is? Your post only really suggests what's NOT wrong with you, rather than what you're feeling. Perhaps you could describe what the problem is- if you write it down then it can form the basis of what you need to explain to your doctor

Hello again Tintin

I thought your name looked familiar!

I responded to a post of yours back in November and suggested that you had a good read of the posts on the forum, also the help section on the left hand side of the page..did you manage to do this?

What you described at that time sounded very much like a Panic Attack and after having seen so many specialists and having all those tests, I think it's safe to surmise that there is nothing physically wrong with you.

You could go on to the Health Anxiety section and post about your particular worries, I'm sure someone will be able to reassure you as they too are suffering anxiety of this type.

Thanks everyone. Ladybird I have read lots of posts on here and it's been reassuring to find that others have similar symptoms. The physical things I get are so weird and so frightening. I'd forgotten I'd written before. I'll try and find the right forum to talk about myself. It's hard because even reading or talking about anxiety/panic brings on my symptoms..but I have to do it to get help. So here goes..
