Hello everyone!

My name is Lynsey and I am 21 and I have been suffering from panic attacks for almost 12 months now.

I am feeling very scared but I am glad to find that I am not alone. It has taken me ages to make the decision to see the doctor about this but I am going to go tomorrow. I just don't know where to start.

Just be completely honest with your doctor. Make a little list before you go so you don't forget anything.
