numb arm

my left forearm is slightly numb, my fingers are a little tingly too. My shoulder feels tense though, is this something to worry about??

I sometimes have this it is usually when i am tired or having a bad "HA" day if you have never had this before it may be a trapped nerve of some kind maybe take a coupleof ibuprofen or paracetamol see if that helps

Also if your shoulders are tense your arms are having to work harder to compensate have a hot bath try to relax
