Bad day

I haven't had the best day. I have had pains throughout my head, I am so tired and achy and shaky. I felt like my wrists and fingers wouldn't move and were twitchy and shaky when I was working earlier. I'm am worried about the pains in my head. I feel like I can't breathe or take a deep breath. I can't thinks straight or spell it seems today :unsure:

I am also worrying about HIV as well, as anything seems to mean I have it. I am so scared
