Hi
New here - thought I would come in and introduce myself to you all :)
I'm not sure how much people normally post here so i'll try and keep it short and sweet!
I suffer from anxiety and panic attacks, mostly over health problems (that are normally non-existant!). I also have a needle/blood/medical tests phobia that seems to be ruling my life at the moment. I take citalopram and am going to be starting hynotherapy very soon.
I have a sister that suffers from OCD so I guess you could say I have a keen 'interest' in it (if thats the right way to put it).
Uum what else... I love cats and have 3. Live in Bedfordshire, am married and work full-time for the NHS (which is ironic considering my phobia of most things medical!! :roflmao:)
