I don't know where your from but MIND is a great organisation which deals with all kinds mental health issues. and offers great support. theres different centres up and down the country there website is http://www.mind.org.uk/ might be worth checking out to see if theres a centre near you.

Contact the charity "No Panic" and they have a list.
