Alcohol

I,m on 30mg of Mirtzapine, the doctors say i should not take alcohol at anytime whilst on it. I don't drink alcohol very often anyway but right now i'm in need of a pick me up of some sort. To get drunk for a few hours might do me the world of good i'm thinking and stop me feeling so miserable and feeling so down.
Does anyone know if having alcohol with my meds will cause me serious health problems?

I would heed medical advice, and not drink alcohol on the meds if that is what has been reccommended. It has been said for a reason.

Alcohol normally picks me up for a bit, but then leaves me feeling 20 times worse later on!
