hey dan,
Sounds like your having it rough at the moment. Its good news hat the pa's themselfs are decreasing, maybe the anxiety is because of this, and maybe the anxiety in time will also decrease. I think your doing as well as you can and handling it well. Maybe try a pamper night twice a week, i used to get really bad symptoms because of tension and time to myself and pampering really helps to relax.
Take care

You are doing the right thing.

Remember though that it is a gradual process. You won't get immediate results all of the time. If you rush to get rid of it then you will create agitation in yourself. This agitation is enough to keep it all alive.

You have to truly think to yourself "s*d it, I don't care how long it lasts or how bad I feel". Just keep doing normal things, however weird you feel at the time, and gradually the weirdness will go.

Acceptance and letting time pass without prodding at it are the keys. TRY and relax your attitude to it all.

Have a good Xmas,

Cheers,
Trev :D

Dan,

Take heart from the progress you have made in real terms. it takes time and patience.

Changing your thoughts and attitiude is key and its not just about being positive , its about being rational and logical with it and working through each issue and recognising it for what it really is , not what your imagination is telling you it is.

Your anxiety is the human representation of the pictures that you paint using your many vivid colours of revolving and reoccurring thoughts.
