tinggling/shaky & hungry feeling

Hi, im wondering if this is an anx symptom? Does anyone get it?

I feel like a tinggling shaky feeling in my hands, heart thumping hard & i have this hungry discomfort feeling (sort of like a gastric feeling) in my tummy, eventhough i have already eaten enough for dinner.

Is this part of anx eventhough i don't think i felt anx before getting this feeling?

Hello :) yes i have had these exact symptoms many times with anxiety, if you look at the symptoms section on the left you will see these on there.

If you are really concerned make an appointment with your doctor for peace of mind, but they are pretty common anxiety symptoms.
