Hi,
I really would appriciate any advice that you can give me. Im not sure what part of anxiety i actually have because i seem to have symptoms of agoraphobia, general anxiety and obsessive thoughts.
At the moment though the symptoms of agoraphobia seem to be taking over. I have been agoraphobic before for 6months but i cant seem to be able to shake it off at the moment.
I really need to go out as i have bills to pay and shopping to get but the symptoms are so extreme. I feel really dizzy like im going to collapse and feel like im going crazy and will make a fool of myself. I have been out this morning and i made it to the shop but then i couldn't go in and i felt desperate to get home. I had several panics on the way back i felt i would never make it, it was awful.
Anyway if anyone can help please, any advice you can give me would be appriciated because i will have to go back out soon and i dont know how i will cope. I feel completely helpless.
