problems with left side of face and neck

I have recently had a cold and was taking sinus tablets I don't know if this has added to it but...

I have these symptoms when I close me left eye I feel a slight pressure near my left temple, also on my ear at the top of my tragus it feels sore even more to the touch like theres a small spot around there but cant see. and this morning the left side of my neck feels all stiff, I know this could be down to me just sleeping on it weird but it just all adds up. Also I have sleeping problems laterly and dont know if this adds to it all. anyone have any idea about what might be going on?

Do you suffer from headaches or migraines at all? I get pain in all the places you have described when i'm having a migraine.

I have headaches yes I think this is due to me not sleeping well at the moment, but these pains (well I wouldn't call them pains more discomfort) has been going on for 3 days now :(
