can anyone help me with this i get a lot of chest discomfort i cant say pain or short of breath its just something i cant put my finger on but its causing me bad anxiety iv had ECG and a stress test on the walking machine at the hospital lung function test chest xray but nothing found yet most days i can feel that something is not right in the chest area has anybody else had this its driveing me nuts

I get it bad as well and I have to use my inhaler a lot. It's horrific.

THe worse attacks I've had have been at night.

I don't want to sound like I'm just patronising you, but it's most likely all down to anxiety if they can't find anything

yes i know what your saying its just really hard to accept its anxiety
