heart beat's!

Hiya every one. Hope your all ok x :)

for the past week my heart has been doing strange beats again.. It feels like air in my chest then my heart does 3 beats all in one. :-( not a nice feeling!

Was just wondering how many other people experience this and how do you deal with them. ive had these for a few years now! they seem to stop then come back with a vengeance. And when they come back I ofund it so hard to deal with them Im constantly checking my pulse and Is wear the more im a aware off them the more it happens!!

I also suffer from this and have done so for the last 6 months. I've been told it's nothing to worry about, although I can only assume it's stress. It doesn't scare me because it's harmless, so I've been told, but it still doesn't stop it! I've resigned myself to the fact that I'll just need to live with it. Many people suffer from this and it is a nuisance, but harmless. Have you had an ecg? or 24 hour monitor? The result from this will reassure you. Your doctor can arrange this.
