hey im holly raye im 16 and i have problems dealing with panic attacks,anxiety and depression and it is basically ruining my life. i became depressed at the age of 13 because i was very badly bullied through out high school and it has got to the point where i dont normally go outside much and i tend to not sleep well.

i just dont no what to do anymore. any advice what to do?
