I would like to thank Johnno and Emmbee for their encouragement today, because it enabled me to go out for a walk around the block, on my own in the dark and i haven't been away from my street because of a few reasons, since before Christmas.

I needed to also test my anxiety levels.

Now I have the encouragement to continue with my baby steps.
