I have had a few panic attacks recently, and I spent lots of time on my computer. 10+ hours a day for the last 3 years pretty much. Everything 20+ feet away is now a bit blurry which I will eventually get glasses for. Anyways, the 2 main symptoms of my panic attacks are increased heart rate and dizziness. Get your eyes tested as well to make sure your sight is not causing those worrying dizzy spells and headaches.
I have been having headaches recently too, not really bad ones, but noticeable. I'm just wondering if eye problems could be the cause of my panic attacks? Can eye problems cause these symptoms?
