Today has been a terrible day. I had a training for my job all day. At one point during the training I felt extremely dizzy, and my eyes were terribly out of focus. I excused myself to use the restroom in hopes of trying to gather myself. While in there, i looked down, and the floor literally looked like it was jumping up and down. I am terrified. I seriously feel like neurologically there is something wrong with me. My eyes feel so heavy now. My hands feel very weak and almost tingly. I dont know what the heck happened to me, but I am terrified. I have a strange feeling in the back of my neck as well. I am scared that I have some sort of neurological disease, and it is going unnoticed because everyone knows that i do suffer from anxiety. I just need some reassurance... and maybe an explanation of how anxiety can actually mess with my nervous system like this... I am so scared I dont even know the write words to type. I hope someone out there gets it. Thanx

Your anxiety is the human representation of the pictures that you paint using your many vivid colours of revolving and reoccurring thoughts.

I often felt like I was in a lift. i.e. that moment when it first takes off and then when it slows to a stop. But it was like they were joined together so that I felt like I was constantly going up and down.

Hi Heidi -
I am sorry to hear that you are having a rough time right now.
The hardest thing for me was to accept that my symptoms were all anxiety related. I was hoping for something that a doc could say here take this and I would feel better. But I eventually accepted that it was anxiety and started to work on getting past it.
If you haven't been to the doc then go and get checked. If you find out that it is anxiety related then I would suggest starting with a good breathing technique cuz that really helped the dizzy feeling for me.
I hope that you feel better real soon.
Have a Merry Christmas!!!!
