I've been having a real bad week with panic and anxiety. I'm so scared that I have some serious throat or mouth condition. I have a "lump in the throat" along with numbness in my face and mouth. Please help!

thanx

Hi Meg, Yes..i went to my gp two weeks ago for my throat AND my dentist and they couldn't see anything of real concern. It just hasn't gotten better.

Ok, good. If you have had a clear bill of health then read some of the links above and see how this is a very very common anxiety symptom and will subside as you gain control of the anxiety.
