Hi all....me again :winks: does anyone know what the term in ophthalmology BVA stands for? xx

BVA stands for Binocular Visual Acuity.

If you can tell me in what context the abbreviation was used, I can better inform you.

Hi yes it says bva was 6/5 with normal colour vision and confrontational vf?
ultrasounds showed small disc drusan at the optic nerves?

That was a bit of good luck carli, having a doctor join nmp only today and able to do the 'doctor-speak' bit and answer your question. I'm impressed that we've got a neurologist amongst us :D
