help please - wheezing

Hey,

I really need some reassurance - been having major anxiety the past few days about all my symptoms. Doctor came round on Thursday and said my ears were a bit red so gave me antibiotics. Today I have a tight chest, had some pains in my chest and feel like I am wheezing a bit. Really really worried that its something serious. Please help.

I am going through something very similar. My anxiety is very high right now and I feel like I am not getting enough air. I have roving pains in my chest and back and I feel awful. I am trying to convince myself that this is just anxiety but I really struggling. I am "sure" we are both going to be fine but I don't have any answers except to share in your pain. I hope you feel better and good luck.

thanks :-) its def some comfort to know someone else is going through the same thing. my anxiety has been terrible the past few days so it would make sense that it was that. still scary though. hope you feel better soon x
