Norways says hello

I totally forgot about this. I'm 21 years old from Norway.

I've lived with depression and anxity most of my life, I've never really liked people, and always kept to myself.

Last week I had some surgery, and this triggered something. I'm now discharged and after a visit to my Doctor he told me I had panic attacks. So that's pretty much why I joined up, so that I could find other people going through the same thing right now.

sorry to hear that you're going through a rough patch. i also suffer panic attacks. this forum has helped me alot,as im sure it will you. you get lots of great support here. i'm swedish by the way, but live in the uk since 1999. just thought i put that in.....:D
