hi there just thought i would say hello to everyone x i have suffered with panic attacks for 12 years i have learnt to cope with them only get them once in a while now but there were really bad at one time x if anybody would like to talk with me feel free x

Hiya welcome to NMP you will find lots of help and support here.

To get in the chatroom (i think) you have to post once and be registered for 5 days then you should be able to join so if u have done that it should not be a problem. But if you still cant join maybe speak to an admin or moderator.
