Confusing situation

Generaly, I am a confident person, with quite some self esteem and who isn't easily intimidated.

Lately however, I feel quite anxious when I am alone to the extend of feeling like crying.

I think these feelings are caused by insecurities which have recently surfaced.

Are you suffering from anxiety or depression at the moment? You might be acting a little out of character if you're not feeling yourself at the moment. I also get a bit tearful and anxious when I'm run down or getting a bug.
