ears ringing

Hi all, just wondered, does anyone ever get a feeling that's sort of halfway between ears popping and ears ringing when feeling really panicky?
It seems to be a new thing for me, very odd!

Yup! :)
Odd but nothing to worry about. Have had the weirdest ear sounds, pops,rings, buzzes, clicks, booms ...when panicky. Like the entire BBC sound effects library going off.

Nothing to get extra worried and anxious about. Honest.
