Hello,
I am new to this site, just wanted to say hello. I haven't read all the 'how to' info yet, I'm still finding it hard to concentrate on things, but I will do it in bits when I can. I hope this is okay and I'm doing the right thing by saying hello.
I wanted to join the forum because I would really like to talk to people about what I'm going through but I find it hard to talk to those around me. I have depression and anxiety, and my doctor thinks I might have bipolar disorder, I am still being assessed and diagnosed.
I have been reading the posts and info on the site and am hopeful about how supportive and helpful it is. It would be a relief to find a place where there are no funny glances and I can say how I feel.
