Merry Christmas and a happy new year to every one.

I'd just like to say a very HUGE thank you to Nicola for this site and all that have helped me so much this year, especially Meg!

I've had THE most difficult year of my life and I quite honestly didn't believe I'd be sitting here today. I'm pretty sure if it hadn't been for this site, I'd not be where I am now.

As things stand, I've pretty much resumed a 'normal' life, I've now got a wonderful partner and the coming year is looking very positive. I've worked through my phobia which has helped massively and I've learnt to manage my anxiety so that it almost isn't an issue.

I'm now back at work full time and travel most weekends on the train for 2 hour journies which I can now relax and enjoy. I'm now actually enjoying life again.

Anyway, before I bore you to tears :),

ALL THE BEST for the new year!
