Stinging skin, like a burn ??

I have had twice in the last 3 days. Burning patch on my arm an then on my hand, what felt like a bad graze or burn, my skin stung to touch. it lasted a couple of hours then went away. I haven't seen this in any other threads, anyone else had this before?

Yes I've has a patch of skin at the bottom of my back feel like this. It's only just recently gone but it was very sensitive to touch and it would burn, it almost felt like it was inside the flesh not just on the surface. I wasn't sure if it was anxiety related at first but I think it was now.

Yeah I've had this on my arms and shoulders. Not really sure why but it seems to be an odd symptom of stress.
