Hey everyone, my name is Jody and im 19.I'm new to this. Have been told recently that i suffer from anxiety, OCD but just the obsesive side and also panic attacks, have been put on BetaBlockers, not sure if there working or nto as ive only been on them a few days!
Just thought i'd introduce myself lol :)

you have to give tablets change to work it can take onger than a few days so hang on in there
