Hi All,

I suffer terribly with whirring thoughts all day long. Basically what I mean is my mind is constantly full of negative thoughts that appear from nowhere as quick as a flash and as a result I can't concentrate on anything I'm doing at time. Hence, it takes me ages to get things done. I feel constantly stressed and my neck muscles lock up too.:weep:

Any advice on how to quieten my brain or dismiss these would be greatly appreciated, if only for the fact to give my poor brainbox a rest !
