So scared right now:weep: really feel like im losing my mind so many things going on will i ever b well? Had another sleepless night with pain in legs got up and my knees r really hurting found it hard 2 take my son 2 nursery. Got an xray later on my knee then seeing specialist 2moz just need some answers not normal 2 b in pain like this.

Oh honey this about your 8th thread on the same subject. You are just going round and round in very unproductive circles.

Only the medics can give you an answer so hopefully you will find out very soon.

When my health anxiety was at its worst i had terribleleg pains at night & worried i had thrombossis but it was all due to stress & panic. once i calmed myself down it all stopped. worrying & concentrating on it will make it feel worse. its mindover matter. try to think happy thoughts x

Sometimes there is no answer for the pain. If i am honest I cannot remember the last time i was pain free.
I tense my muscles so always have painful calves, shoulders etc... I am trying to go swimming to ease the pain, and improve my posture.

Kirsty is right, when you focus on a pain, it intensifies. you need to find distraction, do you like to read books? When I feel like things are getting out of control for me I take myself upstairs, stick the radio on and read.

I am sure the Doctors are doing everything they can to help you, its not in their interest not to. You may have to accept that they may not find anything wrong.

Thank u for our replies just got bk from hospital they think my calf pain is vascular seeing my gp today. Really am sick of this pain is awful:scared15:
