Leg stains

Does anybody get these? I think I've been spending too much time online or something. Hardly got a sleep last night and they are a bit sore today just like a pulling, strain at the bottom of my legs? :wacko:

hi phil06...
i get achey legs all the time... and yes sometimes wake up with tight muscles in legs.... i think it could be tension or possibly cramp or pains linked to cramp.... it a nightmare but if you are worried go to your g.p.

Sitting or standing for too long in one position can cause this ...A nice warm soak can alleviate a lot of it Phil ,and a potassium supplement is worth taking too ..Hope it feels better soon ,nothing worse than being kept awake by uncomfortable legs :mad:...Sue x

Thanks it seems a bit better now though it seems to be on and off sometimes more sore than other parts of the day.

Will it just take a few days to ease perhaps?
