I've just registered on here and the site looks great. I suffer from generalized anxiey and depression. Not currently taking any medication as so far I feel I can manage it without.

Anyway, gonna have a look around the site and will probably be posting more in the forums shortly. :)

If you put Linden Method into the search facility above you should find some useful posts about this. I've never used it so can't really comment but it's something you should consider carefully because of the cost.
