Pressure in my head

I feel a lot of pressure in my head, but it doesn't hurt. My eyes kind of puffy and my ears feel weird. I feel really dizzy too. I don't have a fever but my face is hot, does anyone know what this is?

Sounds like a virus - I have been having that too this last couple of days. Think it's in my ears... it's getting better though! Hope yours does too...

could be sinus, a blocked nose, maybe your ears feel blocked too?
dizziness could be due to your ears being blocked or just plain anxiety.
my face often feels hot like it's burning. I get it for no reason or when I'm anxious.
check your temperature, to be sure :-)
if your not feeling ill, it could be just anxiety!
I hope you feel better soon.
it's 6am here and I've been awake all night with health anxiety!

hi,
i cant tell you what it is you have, but i have had the pressure in my head for 2 months plus now. Ive been to the docs a number of times and have been told its anxiety related and being tense.
Hope this helps a little, because i still find it hard to accept that anxiety is causing me to feel this way.
