i drove to my local town and my hubby and i got the kids out the car and went to walk towards the disney shop and half way there i had to shout stop at my hubby (as he was walking on a little with the buggy) i was holding my little ones hand and very suddenly became very very dizzy so much so it frightened me and i thought i was going to have to sit on the pavement i honestly thought i was going to faint. i didnt though and hubby hugged me and i just did not feel well and we went back to the car. now we are home im frightened. i was not feeling panicky before hand. i am feeling extremely tired the past few days last night had about 7 hours of broken sleep because of my daughter. my kids all have runny noses and i have started to feel like mine is a little bunged up. seriously though i do not know what caused this and now feel frightened :(

Just getting over massive dizzy thing that started a month ago! Doctor reckons its a result of the bad cold/flu I had before Christmas. A viral infection which is common apparently.

Sounds like you may have picked up a bug from the kids and your immune system may be alittle run down anyway as you're so tired.

Sounds exactly like.

Feel better soon

Rozie

I have this at the moment. For the last few days, everytime I walk around or just do anything in general I feel dizzy, like I'm gonna just fall over. I've been in tears with it and I'm just sick of it now. I was at the hospital a few days ago with chest problems, I mentioned my dizziness, the doc said it can be from panic/anxiety or just overbreathing. I seriously feel like something else is wrong, I've even booked an eye test for monday to see if its my eye sight. I know exactly how you feel, it's so scary isn't it?

are your sinuses blocked/stuffy a lot of the time? could be from pressure on the sinuses. more thn likely just anxiety though...hang in there, this symptom hangs on for a while but eventually passes.

yes its very frightening and i too have been in tears because of it. yesterday for example i honestly thought i was about to faint i was that dizzy. really did scare me.

my sinuses on the whole seem ok. 3 out of 4 of my children seem to have runny/stuffy noses at the moment and maybe i have caught something of them thats making me feel so dizzy i dont know but it really does scare me. today so far i have not seemed too bad (touch wood) im just annoyed as i was doing so well with regards to my anxiety but now seems like im back to square one again :( x
